First Runner-up Tran Di Linh has been officially selected as Vietnam's representative for Miss Globe 2026. Born in 2000 in Dong Nai province, the 1.71m beauty holds a background in Public Relations and speaks Vietnamese, English, and Chinese fluently.
Beyond her pageant title, Di Linh has actively engaged in culture and community work, serving as Head of the Judging Panel for the Vietnamese Student Beauty Contest, Youth Magazine Ambassador, and participating in over 200 social initiatives—including flood relief efforts with the Red Cross.
Addressing the decision to select the runner-up over the winner, Hoang Ngoc Su, President of Miss Globe Vietnam, stated: "The selection must align with the competition's criteria and individual readiness. Di Linh possesses the maturity and confidence required at this stage, while Miss Duong Thanh Ha and Runner-up Tran Chau My My still have time to prepare for future pageants."
Concurrently, the organizing committee confirmed it holds the 10-year intellectual property rights for the "Miss Globe Vietnam" brand and official nomination rights for the original Miss Globe pageant, aiming to safeguard the representative's legitimacy amid market confusion.
